Twilight: New Moon has come in third place for best opening weekend ever at an estimated $140 million dollars behind The Dark Knight and Spiderman 3 (source).
You know, I actually don't have anything in particular against the Twilight series, but when any movie does this well, I do raise my eyebrow and wonder if it is of the level of quality to match the sales.
